Jon was Project Director at Architype for this development of 24 one and two bedroom apartments for C J O’Shea Developments.
Maximum space and quality of design and finish were obtained by designing a simple building form of single-skin blockwork which is cheap and quick to build.
This has a roughcast render finish at ground level and cladding panels above, with ‘bolt-on’ staircases to give depth to the facades.
